LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), which owns and operates the 4.6 million-square-foot Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), has extended its partnership with Sodexo Live!, the hospitality team behind the world’s most iconic venues, continuing on as the convention center’s exclusive food and beverage provider.

Sodexo Live! and the LVCC began their partnership in 2017 and have since delivered large-scale hospitality experiences that capture the energy and global reach of the world’s premier convention destination. This new multi-year agreement positions Sodexo Live! to continue delivering top-tier event catering and retail food and beverage services to more than 1 million attendees who visit the LVCC each year. From major international trade shows to corporate gatherings, Sodexo Live! combines operational excellence with creative, guest-first dining that captures the spirit of Las Vegas.

“Nearly a decade of partnership with the Las Vegas Convention Center reflects the trust and shared commitment that comes from delivering excellence at scale," said Belinda Oakley, CEO of Sodexo Live!. "We're proud to continue supporting this iconic destination with hospitality that matches the energy, innovation and global reach that define Las Vegas."

The LVCC recently completed a $600 million renovation to its legacy campus, featuring refreshed interiors, upgraded technology and modern spaces that enhance functionality and flexibility.

"We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Sodexo Live!,” said Dan Hayes, Chief Operating Officer of the LVCVA. “The reimagined Las Vegas Convention Center offers meeting attendees a world-class convention experience, and dynamic food and beverage offerings are a key part of what makes our facility exceptional.”

Led by Sodexo Live! Executive Chef Dylan Matuschka, the culinary program at the LVCC showcases bold flavors inspired by global cuisine and fresh, local ingredients. Community engagement will continue to be central to the partnership, with the two teams coming together to donate surplus food from major events to local organizations that help feed those in need, including nearly 1,000 meals recovered from some of the largest shows, such as CES.

This renewed partnership ensures Sodexo Live! and the LVCC will continue delivering world-class culinary practices and guest service that elevate every event, making the overall experience at the LVCC as memorable as the city itself.
