To elevate the fan experience to new heights, Sodexo Live! introduced a meticulously curated menu at Hard Rock Stadium, Caesar's Superdome, Lucas Oil Stadium, and BC Place in Vancouver. Sarah Cohen, Vice President, Business Transformation & Project Management at Sodexo Live!, emphasized the initiative's significance: "This goes far beyond just providing food. It embodies our commitment to creating magical moments that truly resonate with fans, whether they're celebrating at the Super Bowl or immersing themselves in the enchanting atmosphere of the Eras Tour."

The Swiftie Council

The Swiftie Council was established, encompassing a group of passionate super fans who were lucky enough to secure tickets for the 2024 North American tour. "Swifties are incredibly enthusiastic and creative," said Haley Hitzing, Field Marketing Manager at Sodexo Live!. "We wanted to extend their experience by creating moments designed for fans, by fans." The Swiftie Council, composed of super fans with tickets for the 2024 leg of the North American tour, was tasked with brainstorming ideas to create a unique fan engagement strategy, including themed menu items that celebrated the spirit and essence of the tour. Their contributions were a testament to the value we place on our fan base. "We enhanced that experience and culture in a way that Swifties would understand and appreciate," Hitzing added. "By tapping into the collective excitement of fans, we're not just hosting an event—we're crafting memories."

I attend over 25 concerts a year, and I've never seen another venue value the fan experience like Sodexo Live! did for the Eras Tour. They truly wanted to know what would make the show even more special for us, and then made it happen!
