Krystle Pitcher, a New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) graduate and the inaugural recipient of the Laurence Rua Memorial Scholarship, recently returned from Paris, France, where she completed a four-day immersive international training experience at the renowned Lenôtre Culinary Arts School.
