For Tania Gloster, a love for sneaking bites of cookie dough blossomed into a thriving business. "I enjoy making cookies for my kids and notice them doing the same thing I did as a kid...eating the dough off the mixer beaters!" Tania devised a recipe using safe ingredients like heat-treated flour and whole egg powder to mitigate the risks of eating foods containing raw flour and eggs. Cookie DOH! was launched in Dundas, Ontario, Canada, in 2017.
A significant factor in Cookie DOH's success has been its collaboration with Sodexo Live, a partnership that has paved the way for exponential growth and national recognition.
From their humble beginnings at a local festival and their family-run market, where their first Cookie DOH! shop opened in 2017, Tania's vision was clear: to craft a safe and delicious cookie dough experience for everyone to enjoy. As demand grew, so did their ambition. "I remember saying to my husband, 'I'm gonna call the Hamilton Tiger Cats at Hamilton Stadium,'" Tania said. "I just wanted to learn more about their process for approving vendors. Now here we are, in the concourse and even on the suite menus."
Working with Sodexo Live! has been a rewarding experience for Tania and Cookie DOH!. "I'm very grateful for the opportunity to work with Sodexo Live!. We've been part of amazing events, from the Grey Cup and major concerts to World Cup Soccer and World Rugby games. The relationships that we've built with the Sodexo Live! team have made it even more rewarding." Tanya remembers. "As a small business, being included in various media events, from TV appearances to newspaper features, significantly raised our visibility in ways we could not have done with Sodexo Live's support." Since the partnership started, Cookie DOH! has built a rapport with the community. "More people than ever recognize our brand now. They've seen us at the stadium. They remember that experience."

This relationship laid the groundwork for introductions and collaborations with other Sodexo Live! partners, including Mount St. Louis Moonstone. "I feel like it's a product that's a little bit more special," Tania explained. "The fact that we've been able to help guests make memories at Tim Hortons and now Mt. Saint Louis Moonstone is exactly what I wanted to accomplish."
With a retail footprint now spanning stadiums, ski resorts, and universities across Ontario, Cookie DOH! has become more than a local dessert brand. It's become a staple of memorable experiences for fans and guests. As Tania reflects on her journey, she emphasizes the importance of creating moments where joy meets deliciousness. "The excitement of a child trying our cookie dough after their first time skiing or the enthusiastic cheers of fans enjoying our treats at a game are the moments that drive us forward," she shared.
As DOH continues to expand, Tania remains dedicated to innovation. Collaborating with Sodexo Live has allowed her to channel her creative energy into developing new flavors and products. Beyond satisfying sweet cravings, the company focuses on giving back—contributing to local fundraisers, youth sports teams, and community events. From small beginnings to stadium sensations, Cookie DOH! is a testament to the power of passion, quality ingredients, and community spirit—one scoop at a time.
